She is very professional but at the same time a caring and amazing person with a big heart.

My experience was great we met at my boutique and she gave me an estimate. The price was within reason for the job.

She made many mistakes during our design.  Her design program is pitiful. It seems like it was made during the 1990s. Nothing looks real as other programs are, such as the ones you see on HGTV and on the internet. It seems like she is trying to save a few dollars by offering her clients pitiful drawings of her designs. This is greed! More money in my pocket. She always blamed mistakes on a college student. Some of her issues were stuff not drawn to scale and measurements being off. She wasted our time and money. She also would not verify some design changes in our kitchen to see if it was possible. She would just come up with an idea and put it on paper and it would not be practical due to our house layout. It was as if a 10 year old was running the operations. Her master bathroom drawings submitted to me were terrible. She would say I am teaching my intern allowing her to do the sloppy work. I paid her 100.00 an hour while she had a student work ing on my designs of my house. She possible paid them not much . In return the work was awful. No supervision, so it could be assumed. All of the failures were blamed on her student. It was her excuse for a pitiful job. I was the victim. She would brag I am making a lot of money and stock-piling it into my bank account. No quality here. Because of her chasing money over quarlity It would take her a long time to come up with a drawing. If simple changes were needed it would take her up to 10 days to do 30 minutes of work. No customer service here.  She did 3 awful drawing and I wanted to pay her for her time of 90 minutes for each drawing of 450.00 and get refunded 750.00 she refused. She did not do more work. She stated the average drawing takes her 90 minutes. I paid her 1200. Her rate is 100 an hour and she said it takes her 12 hours to complete a master bathroom. So after her bad work and arguing with me to do other designs, she said she only does 3 designs but I still had around a 750.00 credit. I asked her for a full refund for the uncompleted work and she refused. She got terminated for her bad service and awful designs. She owed me another 550.00 for another bathroom that she did not complete and she refuses to refund my money.

Response from Company:

I appreciate your candid comments. I apologize that my service did not meet your expectations. I strive to be truthful in my abilities and post examples of my work on my website and on the sites that advertise interior design services so that a potential client can see what to expect. I believe that there was a misunderstanding about how long it takes to complete a master bathroom design? line drawings (2-D) usually take 1-2 hours each, but I also provide 3-D drawing(s), materials, and pricing--which is why I charge what I do and why it does take quite a few hours to provide a complete design package. As you stated, I do not give refunds for design concept fees since it takes time to design a room---and it states that on my estimates/invoices, but I am more than willing to redesign a room or reselect materials. So please reach out to me personally by email to discuss the issue at your earliest convenience.

I hired Priscilla in November 2019 and she did an outstanding job. Honesty, integrity, on time, on budget, she was flexible and always pleasant. She did our custom curtains and shutters throughout the entire house. We are so pleased!

5.0 Lynn R. Lewisville, TX

I have really enjoyed working with Priscilla on decorating our new house. She is so in tuned with my tastes and has been mindful of my budget. She has given me beautiful options and kept me me up to date on deliveries and scheduling. She recommended a fantastic contractor for our other projects and they work well together. I couldn t be happier. Can t wait to see the final results! Thank you, Priscilla for being so accommodating and fun!!!

5.0 Adrienne F. Flower Mound, TX

I hired Priscilla for a kitchen project. She came up with a great plan that could be implemented and followed easily by contractor. She did a great job with redesigning my kitchen, getting the most out of the new space and the placements of the new appliances. She helped me blend my style with the new space. I absolutely love my new kitchen!

5.0 Kerry ..

Priscilla did a great job, she followed up with everything that I asked her to follow up on, she was easy to work with, and I would use her again.
