Very courteous and prompt. He was very thorough from the beginning. Explained everything from what would be done and estimated cost. His workers were also very courteous and arrived on time when promised. Covered my floor where they would be walking and cleaned up everything afterwards. I needed to buy new thermostats to go along with my new AC install and was on the fence between a couple. He took the time to sit down and explain what was needed for my system and offered his experience on the two I was deciding on. I wish I had found him when I was having issues with my system in the past. I would have gotten honest service and may have gotten this one to last longer. I see this as a long term relationship. Honest and fair which is hard to come by these days with many companies. He isn’t out to get as much money as possible. He wants to fix the problem (even if it’s an inexpensive fix) and get you warm/cool. Building long term relationships with customers.

Van Ness was professional, had plenty of installers to get a big job done in one day, and easily available for questions after the job.

When making any large purchases such as home AC it is nice to find an honest business to deal with. Micheal spent the time to answer my questions and make sure I was getting everything I wanted in the purchase and was knowledgeable about the options and process. He is honest, hard working, and a pleasure to deal with. He protected my flooring and house during the entire install and cleaned up after himself. I couldnâ t be happier with my purchase and the contractor I chose. In a world of used car salesmen looking out for themselves it was a breath of fresh air to work with Van Ness Heating and Air!!!

Solid performance and trustworthy. Some of the bigger HVAC contractors offer a less expensive "plan" price for priority service but in my experience their prices were inflated and they were untrustworthy. We have found our AC contractor for as long as we live in the DFW area.
