Project: Mow Grass and Maintain Landscaping
Steve is great. Very courteous and responsive. Does a great job. Had to put my mower in the shop and I have a huge yard, but Steve was able to accommodate my needs and get the lawn mowed the same week I agreed to service. Highly recommend this company!

The guy that came out was nice BUT I asked him 3 times while mowing to please bag my grass (it was really long and overdue) and he claimed he would each time but didn’t. I even gave him bags! He also destroyed plants with his weed wacker and left a 12” strip of grass between my property and the neighbor (that I had to apologize for... so embarrassing.) Must’ve taken a lot of effort to not cut 12” of lawn at my property line. I’ll never let this company on my property again. So disrespectful of my direct wishes. Pretty disappointed :(
Response by Vibrant Landscape Solutions: Hello Kristy, I saw your review and I understand if you are not happy with the service. I'm very sorry about that and I would like to clear a few things up. I raked all of your clippings into my own yard waste containers. I did not use your bags because I did not need them. Could you please also tell me which plants I destroyed because I do all of the work myself and am very confident that no plants were harmed by my weed whacker. The strip of grass that was left uncut is a mistake that I did make. Had you called me, I would have came to fix it the day you called. Sincerely, Steve Chambers
