We were told one week to finish our bathroom remodel. It took 3 because they had to keep redoing their work. At the beginning and more at the end I wondered how they have stayed in business. The flooring they did was poor at best. They didn't seem to have heard about undercutting door frames before laying the flooring. A new counter and sink had to be replaced after they installed it because the worker kept putting his tools on it and scratched it up. The second counter and sink install was a hurry and get the job done and it showed. I'm still trying to fix part of the caulk job on it.

Unfortunately, there are always two sides to a situation. The reality is that it took 2 full weeks to complete the job not 3. The client wanted to save money and was convinced by a sales person to purchase a very cheap and poor quality flooring that is not used in bathrooms and as a professional we would have never recommended such a floor. There are certain types of product (snap together) that generally do not go under the door frame because of the flimsiness of the product. Since the customer was adamant about how they wanted it installed, we complied. Regarding the counter top, there was no proof that our worker laid tools on the counter top but to accommodate the customer we purchased a new counter top and put it in. Sometimes you get a customer that will never be happy with anything and you have to just let it go. We bent over backwards to please them and every little thing that was pointed out we fixed, including the kick plate of the vanity that the customer kicked off out of anger. We also gave them a restaurant gift card as a thank you and to let them know no matter what we considered them to be a valuable customer. They loved the bath tub and shower tile work and gave us many compliments on the workmanship. We have found over the years in this business you can have 50 clients that love everything you do and then 1 customer that doesn't. It is always the 50 awesome ones that keep us working with sometimes a difficult public.

Ms. Vicci is a WONDERFUL lady to work with. She has awesome talent, and was ready to tackle my very extensive redecoration project. Ms. Vicci knew I was working on a budget, and was most reassuring that she has done that many times before, it's no problem for it. I don't think you could ask for anyone as talented AND as gracious in the same person!! She rocks!

Vicci was extremely professional and met the deadline and budget we created. Her connections and expertise helped to create a dream kitchen for us that was enjoyed by everyone during the holidays.     We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
