Neil kept me informed of when he would or wouldn't be there and held true to his word. He is a clean worker and did not leave a mess at the end of the day. In talking with him on what I needed done, it turned out that he was able to help in further projects that I thought I would have to hire someone else.

Came next day and did good work at a fair price but He only finished part of a ceiling fan repair job. Promised to come back in 2 days but cancelled and then never called back or rescheduled. We live in North Berwick and had some small electrical jobs. He had a big job in Portsmouth and blew us off. Don't use this contractor if you are too far away or your job is too small. He promised us much and delivered little. Very dissapointing.

I don't know how to start this or what to say except that when my business was out of power because of old wire work on a Sunday, he answered the call and did all the work and did not leave until the job was 100 percent done and done good. He is honest and treated us like family and the price was fair. I'll have him back for all my future needs.

First job was installing 12 lights on 4 dimmers in family room. Have had him back for 5 additional jobs since. Great work very professional.
When we have had an emergency, he was great with responding to that and showing up when we needed him. My electrical has been updated by him, he was great on updating our old electrical that was originally installed 1949. He has always stuck with his original estimate, he is very good man. He is a good carpenter, and has done painting, and a wide variety of work for us. He truly he is a jack of all trades. I will continue to use him for any future work that I may need.
