Signed a contract end of Feb for a new pool and spa. Gave a hefty deposit. Nothing happened until beginning of June when he dug the pool without a permit. That was the start of the disaster! The pool that he sold me (gave him a picture of a pool he claims he built) and the pool that he dug were two different pools. The pool sat with rebar for 12 weeks failed inspection 5-7 times. Had to be re-dug 4 times. Disaster!!!! Was told pool would be complete in 6-8 weeks after dig. Yes it rained so I gave him an extra 4 weeks to complete. After 12 or 13 weeks from dig and still no gunite we cancelled the contract. Hired an attorney and got most of our money back! Project is a disaster and my back yard a mess. He does not know what he is doing. Do not hire him for a pool. He may be good at pavers but not pools. Save your money and frustration!!!!! I spoke with the building department and he has several other pools in the same condition. Run fast!!! I would report him to the state but he does not hold a GC or pool builders license so there is nothing I can do to stop him from doing this to someone else.

They work half a day per week, very disappointed. Still waiting for the project to finish. Their work was very disorganized. We paid to much money for low quality work, unfortunately.
