Mr. McGreevy called, came by to see the problem then since an estimate which I accepted. He took care of the repair within days. The repair is flawless and my house looks just like new. I would highly recommend Vinyl Master to all my relatives and friends. Mr. McGreevy was very polite and knowledgeable.

The workmanship, product quality, etc. were Excellent. Where I have SEVERE problems is with the owner, his list of "Unfulfilled Promises", his Bravado while soliciting the project, and disappointing results as follows: 1. Delays in job completion because he "HAS NO CREDIT". 2. Solicitation for funds to buy materials to finish our project. 3. Even after I gave, reluctantly, $6,000 to finish my project, he instead bought materials for next job & delayed our project another week. 4. When he FINALLY did contact us after a week's delay, it was to solicit more funds to buy last materials to complete our project. UNPROFESSIONAL Sob Stories!
