Lee. the owner, is very dependable and experienced.
Lee was able to schedule our job very quickly. Once here, it didn't take him long to install 4 door locks with dead bolts. Job well done. We will definitely use Locks101 if we have future needs.
I told Mr..lee exactly what I needed and I even sent pictures via text. I told him after he fixed my lock that I also wanted a chain lock on my front door. I told him that approximately 5 days before he came to my house Yes, he knew and understood what I wanted. When he got to my house he said he did not have any chain locks on his truck even though he knew I had requested that days before he even arrived! Then he said if he was ever in the area again that he would call me and let me know but I got the feeling absolutely that would not happen! I had also taken a picture of the back door that I wanted a lock on so he knew what it looked like and yet when he came he said that it really would not make a difference if he put another lock on it that was not worth it. I really get the impression that he did not want to do any additional work for me and I felt let down that he could not put on the slide lock he promised. Really he did not have a slide chain lock with him and he knew before he came over that I wanted to pay extra to get all the work done? Actually, he could not or would not address my back door lock. It just made me wonder why he did not want to do the work for me.
I am sorry that you were so disappointed with the service. The back door was a slider that had a lock on the inside but not accessible with a key from outside. I did not say that it was not worth locking. I said that it would be expensive to change the lock to one that would lock from outside and that since you obviously were concerned with the cost I did not think you would want that expense. The chain lock was not on my truck and I did actually have it at the shop and had put it on the truck to bring to you. Again, sorry for disappointing you. We strive to give quality service to everyone we work for.

Lee responded by phone immediately upon my request for service. I mean IMMEDIATELY. He repaired the Baldwin lock spindle and emergency-exit buttons on my front door quickly and efficiently. The experience was pleasant and professional. All around, I couldn't imagine anyone doing a better job.
