Write a ReviewI had a horrific mold infestation inside my wall due to a slowly leaking pipe. Al and his crew came in and took care of business in a most professional and high speed way. They made their work space such an air tight environment while the work was being completed that we were able to stay in our house. I was 100% percent satisfied and I will suggest them to anyone need mold remediation or water intrusion work done. THANK YOU VISTA FLOOD
Yes Excellent job on time very professionals
We live in Santa Fe Valley/4S Ranch area. When our plumber came to fix the toilet leak in one of bathrooms, he pointed out that the leaked water have affected the drywall and the wood floor boards in the adjacent room. He recommended their contact company handling flood damage treatment. The inspector from the company came and told us the water leak could already cause the growth of mildew, which would be a health hazard. According to California law, it must be fixed. He gave us an estimate, which was reasonable. However, in addition to fixing and replacing the damaged dry wall and the wood floor in the adjacent room, he also recommended to replace the marble floor of the restroom. As the marble floor looks good to us, not damaged by the water leak at all and, in addition, we might not have enough spare marble tiles left. We were wondering if this was really necessary at all. Then I thought about Al, who has been our neighbor for about 20 years and is also in the flood damage repair business. I asked him to take a look. After inspection, Al said he agree with me that marble floor should be o.k. His estimate is also not much different from the previous company either, so I asked him to do the job. He and his people did a very good job to fixed the water damage without affecting our daily life. They completed the job in the promised time without touching the marble floor. Their work passed city inspection with no problem. We were very happy about the outcome and about Vista Flood Restoration Inc.'s work. We would recommend Al and his company with no hesitation!

I can’t say enough good things about Vista Flood and the incredible job they did after a flood damaged several rooms in my home. From the moment I called, their team was responsive, professional, and truly compassionate. They arrived quickly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and immediately got to work to minimize further damage. Their equipment was top-notch, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. What could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience was made so much easier thanks to their expertise and kindness. They handled everything—drying, cleanup, and restoration—with care and attention to detail. Not only was the work done efficiently and to the highest standard, but they also made sure I felt supported throughout. I highly recommend Vista Flood to anyone dealing with water damage. They are the real deal—trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to helping their customers.
