A large communication problem in reference to services.

very neat and clean. on time

Though they were quick to respond and give an estimate, they never showed to actually do the work. When we called their office, there was no answer. When we left a message, they did not return our call. Two weeks later, we were told that they were finally coming to fix the garage and my wife waited at home with our 2 kids. They did not show. The did not call, and they did not answer the phone at their office. When I was finally able to get in touch with them, the lady suggested I seek business elsewhere because I was not satisfied with their service. What service? Go with another company.

Prompt response and polite

They did clear snow in a timely manner and are always available by cell phone anytime that you need them.

Paul and his assistant Dan were wonderful and very accomodating to our reqursts. They worked quickly and flawlessly and were very tidy with their clean up. Prices quoted were well within reason and the quality of their work was more than satisfactory. We are really pleased with our dealings with Vitscapes and I only now wished that I'd done the entire yard and just not the portion needing drastic repair. Maybe next year.

asked for spring clean up with multch..waiting for price. But decided on their monthly maintenance fee. Recommended to a friend also. can't rate quality yet. but thinkhe wiil do fine.
