Adam was hired to spray foam insulate a 20x30 metal building with 10ft walls (1800 sqft). He showed up with a 4ft ladder and DIY spray foam kits, and without the contracted ceramic heater to pre-heat the building. After multiple assurances that the project would be okay, I checked on their progress two hours later. t was a disaster. Two units of foam (2 tanks per unit, 400-600 sqft of coverage) have been applied to a 120 sqft area. The building and metal surfaces were well below the minimum application temp of 70F. He left for 3hrs to get more material and the proper heater. On return, the new foam units had ridden in the bed of a pickup and were cold, and the heater turned out to be a room sized propane heater. Needless, to say, the continued efforts were just as futile. The foam did not reach the contacted R30 value, has multiple voids visible (condensation and rust concerns), and some areas did not bond properly and can be easily pulled away. I halted the next day returns due to weather and asked Adam to contact me. He does not answer his phone, the voice mail is full, and he does not return texts. I am a retired vet on a fixed income and used some of my savings toward my hoped to be, dream shop. I am asking for a full refund of my upfront costs of $3432.00. I have also initiated a BBB complaint.

Came on time to fix a gas fireplace. He diagnosed the problem and had to order a part. Part came in and he installed it a few days later Everything works great now. Highly recommended and will use again.

The service rep came on time and repaired the thermostat. He was very thorough and professional. I will definitely use him in the future. I will recommend him to my friends. Excellent job.
