I hired this company in the hopes that I could prepare my home for a smooth move-in. I hired them for a â deep cleanâ And was told that they would clean â â ¢Deep cleaning is very detailed, all whites will be bleached like baseboards, doors and portals. â ¢We clean windows, blinds, glass, fans, chandeliers and air conditioning entrances in the house and all furniture dust and carpets, and stairs. â ¢We clean the outside of the cabinets, refrigerator, outside and inside the stove and microwave. â ¢Vacuum and scrub under rugs and accessible surfaces. Wash and disinfect the bathroom, shower, tub and sink.â . This company wants to be paid the very day that they do the cleaning, and they expect Zelle or any other instant money. The next day I came to inspect, and it was the worst clean I have ever seen in my life. When I approached the owner, she was defensive, and, of course, refused to send anybody else out to follow through with this and all the issues that I have. After all, why would she, she had the money already. I am having to go to the house myself and re-clean.
