The pricing was competitive BUT the work was not very professional. I had to ask them to come back and correct various items. I paid for floor stripping, but it was not very good. They cleaned the window with a dirty towel if cleaned at all. All items I pointed out to them were corrected but again, the floor stripping/waxing was not what I expected.

I had to call them back a 2nd time to achieve a satisfactory job from them, however they were very eager to correct the problems and make it right.

Eric is very friendly and accommodating, but several areas were either missed or not done well by his employees (ex. dirty mop marks across the floor which we had to then re-mop).
