Watkins Remodeling

I DO NOT recommend Watkins Remodeling and Repair for the following reasons: MISAPPROPRIATION OF FUNDS/SHELL GAME Watkins took payment from me through a draw and indicated the funds were for specific purposes (appliances and windows) but used those funds for other purposes not related to my project. I found out about this approximately two months after I had paid in full for windows, when the window guy called asking if I could assist in getting him paid. He did the same with the appliances and then lied to me multiple times about sending some of the money to the provider. This is not only unethical, it?s illegal. LACK OF TRANSPARENCY/MESSY & INCOMPREHENSIBLE FINANCIAL REPORTING Watkins provided no invoices as proof of payment for work completed. When I requested copies of the invoices related to the draws, his response was, ?I don?t do that.? MESSY WORK SITE POOR COMMUNICATION LACK OF CARE MULTIPLE LAWSUITS SLOW I could go on and on but character limits of the review prevent more

Watkins remolded our whole new master bathroom and it is amazing, put in new iron front door ,put new quartz and sinks in 2 other bathrooms and moved ceiling lights and fixed ceiling like new and retired another bathroom. Brian is always available showed up before each job and back to make sure all was done as expected. Pricing was competitive and no surprises. We would hire him again.

He is fantastic, went above and beyond, and did great work. I recommend him to anyone for any renovation eork.
