"I'm so sorry Ann, however I did call you on Thursday to discuss and that's why you called back on Friday afternoon asking why I called. The house was not in the same condition when we gave the estimate. We did the cleaning then I called to discuss. You told me I was being ridiculous with the pricing and we ended the call with you not wanting to continue service. This is not an honest review. I?m very disappointed that you would give a dishonest review because I said we couldn't continue at the estimated price."
