I was immediately impressed with Mr. Freshour's caring professionalism and the portfolio of photos he shared of his previous projects. I have some construction experience, myself, and it was not easy giving up the opportunity to build the deck myself, but I'm getting older and needed to turn the project over to some pros. It was a pleasant experience negotiating a fair price and construction began and ended right on time - even though this contractor had larger projects going on. The quality of the work was excellent and I hope to involve West Lake in future projects. I recommend this company without reservation.

Singed a contract for an addition to my home that was in May the work was to take 60 days and to this day the project is not complete. I feel the contractor in charge of this project got in over his head I felt he was very unorganized. After going through the home and trying to finish the project myself the qualty of the work I feel is less then desiriable. Plenty of workmanship issues that I tried to address with the contractor and he did attempte to address but it did not get very far. I can say that there was some work that I felt was done well. I would not recomend this company West Lake Builders for a marjor addition.
