The walls were not sanded well, pits in the drywall, drywall mud was all over the outlets, wall and the floor.
Response by West Mack Group, LLC: This doesn't make any sense. The entire time we were there, he was praising the job we were doing. We did a final walk through and nothing came up. We left thinking he was very satisfied.

So I want to start off saying that I'm happy with the work that Tony's team did. I had two bedrooms and a hallway drywalled, including the ceiling. The end product looks great, and it took about 3 weeks of work. They also installed some cement board in my bathroom for a shower enclosure, which took a while because even though I requested it to be done so that everything was waterproofed, there were huge gaps between the cement boards and it was sloppily done. I think I had to make them redo the work 3 or 4 times before it was actually right. My biggest issue was after the work was actually done. They demo'd the wood paneling that was on the walls before the started the drywall, and per our agreement, the wood paneling was left in my yard for me to dispose of. While going through the trash pile, I realized that as part of the demo, they ripped off the window trim without taking my blinds off. I found my broken blinds in the pile of trash. I also found one of my kitchen pots (???) in the pile, covered in drywall debris and all scratched up (as far as I know, it was nowhere near the work zone before they started). The work crew had cleaned up the coffee cups and mess they made, but instead of bagging everything up in a trash bag, they left it loose in my trash can, uncovered, during a heat wave. I attempted to text and call Tony to let him know the conditions his workers had left, mostly just to make him aware of these issues, and got no response from him. Both Tony and his team were very responsive while the work was being done, so I assume since I already paid for the work, they're just ignoring me now. Oh well.

Everybody showed up on time every time they came out, cam e in on Sunday to complete the job. I gave them 4.5 cuzz nobody's perfect!
