If I had to call West Shore Homes again to do my bathroom, I would not. The service was terrible, and the communication was even worse. In the beginning, the salesman came out, and he was on time. That right there led me to believe my whole experience was going to be a breeze. I explained to him how I didn't want to get the bathroom right now and how I wanted to wait until after Feb. The salesman agreed. Once he left my house a few days later, I got a call from West Sbore Homes wanting to install the bathroom. I simply explained to the customer service rep how I wanted to wait to have the installation done and that I explained it to the rep who came out to my home. The customer service rep agreed and said she would make a note in the system. The salesman came out to my home in Oct/Nov, and I wanted to get the installation done in March (just to give you a window) When Feb came around, I received another call for the install, by this time, I was fed up, so I decoded to cancel it, not knowing I only had 3 days to change my mind. So when I wanted to cancel there was another rep that came out to my home and basically said "Ok we can cancel it but it will cost you aboutb$2500 since it's past the 3 days." Then he asked me why I wanted to cancel, and I told him it was because no one was listening, and also, the payment was steep since I was going with no interest for 18 months. This "cancellation manager" went on to say, "So if I can get the interest changed, would you be willing to get the project done?" At this point, I felt bullied because once again, I just wanted to cancel. I agreed to get the bathroom done, thinking to myself, ok, let's give them another chance and see what happens. I shouldn't have done that. The two installers that came to my home did not cover any of my carpets going upstairs, they didn't cover anything in the bathroom (sinks, toilets...etc), the shelves weren't level, we ordered a piece for inside of the shower and that wasnt installed because they didnt have it. There was caulking on the walls were it was uneven, the drainage pipe (in the bottom of the shower) was off centered, and to top it off one of them ordered Doordash and had it delivered to my home. Needless to say they had to come back out and replace the whole shower. Now, you would think replacing the whole shower they would want me to be a satisfied customer. When we called customer service my wife was a bit upset. There was no yelling from her, no cussing from her at all. It was just her and the customer service rep ON A RECORDED LINE talking. Well, I guess the rep felt like she was being threatened, so she told my wife that she didn't have to listen to any of this and that she was goingnto disconnect the call and proceeded to put her on hold. After a couple of minutes, a manager got on the phone and proceeded to tell my wife that someone would be out tomorrow to look at the project. Well, the 1st shower was done around early March. The shower was replaced in mid-May. Once that shower was replaced, we were still waiting on a part. So now we're in June/July. We had an issue with the shower sliding open so we made another call. When I asked about the warranty, the rep on the other end said something about 90 days parts and labor. Wait a minute, on a project that's costing me about 13k???

This company scheduled a new shower installation to replace my old one for september1, 2023. They arrived and removed my old shower, but could not install thee new one because the shower pan had beeen made incorrectly. They told me they would have to re-order a new shower pan and it might take 4 weeks to get before they could come back and install. Since then I was left with holes in my floor and no shower. My second bathroom has only a tub with no hand rails to support me, so I can't use it. They told me they would put a rush on everything because it was their mistake in making the shower pan wrong and the installers also mistakenly tore out my old sshower before checking to see the new shower pan was made wrong., They told me they should have checked first. The company called today and set me up for installation on October 27th. When I complained, I was told they are sorry, but that was the soonest they could do it. So, I have to wait from September 1sy until October 27 for them to fix what they messed up in the first place. I asked them to get me a much sooner date due to the error being on them. I was told there was nothing they ccould do about it. I asked them for appropriate compensation for the delay and troule and was informed they couldn't do that either. I am scheduled tl pay almost #14,000 for this project and am getting terible service. Please do not contrract with this company for any work you need done!

From start to finish our experience with West Shore Home Indianapolis was excellent. The sales rep Cole was extremely professional and did an excellent job of educating us on their product differences vs. other competitors we had received quotes from. Ther price point was about average for a tub to shower conversion. The day of remodel the installers Zach and Alex showed up promptly at 8am and covered all floors leading in and out of the home to protect them from damage. They did a fantastic job over the entire day of educating me on steps they were performing and recommendations for placement of the shelves/grab bars/etc. Upon completing the install they went above and beyond to sweep and swiffer all the way from the master bath to the front door. Overall, we were thrilled with the outcome of our project and selecting West Shore Home. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom!
