I googled hone inspection for SWF and Home Advisor just took over...gave me a list of inspectors in the area, then transferred me right to a the one I picked. Robert got answered the phone immediately, was able to meet me at the property within a matter of days. He was professional friendly and very intelligent!! Robert Van Cour was so great to work with. I had my full inspection report by Wednesday September 2nd, with pictures, and details about the property I was buying, not to mention he was the most reasonable cost wise...happy customer! â ¤ï¸ ð ¤

Disappointed. My realtor and I had to point out numerous items missed. Water heater was leaking and missed. Thankfully seller put new one in. Even emailed you to let you know, no response.

I'm truly sorry that you feel this way. At the time of Inspection, the water heater was not leaking. It did have rust on the bottom, but no leak.
