I would definitely recommend Wilson HVAC. We recently had our furnace and A/C serviced by them. The tech was very professional. Went over the system. Addressed all of my concerns. Answered all of my questions. Told me everything he was doing. Very trustworthy. I will be using them to service my system going forward.

Tim was awsome to deal with and got my system up and running within approximately 3 hours after I called them. Got me a new ac company if I have any more problems. Don't hesitate to contact this company for your ac needs. Thanks Jeff Underwood Nisstech imports

I did not have to wait long for an appointment. The technicians were friendly, honest and got the job done as planned. One issue occurred due to a part problem, but this was quickly taken care of after I called. Highly recommend Wilson.

Update 7/17/18 Gave company a chance to make things right. Upstairs wasn't cooling as well as before. Even with such terrible, nonexistent customer service last time I gave them benefit of the doubt. Perhaps they were going through a tough time. Called today and did get a call back. Wanted to charge a trip fee even after they hadn't lived up to their part last time. Really unfortunate. Would not recommend this company at all. Hate to offer such a low rating but have no choice. Office staff was nice as was tech. Service after the call has been terrible. When tech was here he said give us a call if the air flow isn’t balanced just right and we’ll come back out and readjust. Called three days after service and was told I’d receive a call back to schedule. No return call. Emailed company a couple of days later and again no response. Called again yesterday and left a message. Still no response. Can’t recommend this company at all.

They did an awesome job, out of all the people I had come out they had the best value, and they did an amazing job. If I have any heating or air problems they will be the first person I call.

I would not hesitate to recommend Wilson Heating and Air. They responded quickly and once on site, had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They provide superior service for an extremely fair price.
