Window Genie had the best price for the job I had. Tim was prompt, professional and really nice. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their windows to sparkle. And when my windows need cleaned again...Window Genie is who I will call for sure!!!!

Service was prompt and excellent quality. Had all exterior windows cleaned - our property is on a ravine so the back windows are difficult to access but they still did a great job.

Working with Tim Crowder and his company, Window Genie East, was one of the best experiences I've had with a service provider. Communication was excellent, and Tim always kept me informed of the progress of the project for which he was hired (exterior power washing of home vinyl, screens and floor in screened-in porch, front porch, driveway, and sidewalks. Tim's skills and knowledge are strong, and he always took the time to explain the technique and tools he would use to accomplish each stage of the work. Additionally, Tim is a self-starter and reliable. During the work, we had several days of inclement weather preventing the outdoor cleaning, yet I soon learned that I no longer had to phone and ask when he would next be out; instead, Tim automatically went to the house as soon as weather permitted. Furthermore, Tim takes pride not only in his work but also in making sure the area is cleaned of all supplies, etc. when he leaves. Making Window Genie East an even better investment is the very reasonable cost of his work, and his estimates match the final invoice. Perhaps the most valuable description of Tim's work is that other neighbors stopped by to ask who had done the work because they said, "It now put [their] home[s] to shame." Without qualification, I recommend Window Genie East and would most definitely avail myself of their services again.

They fit me in at the last minute when I was preparing for a party and realized my windows needed to be cleaned. They arrived early, worked quickly and efficiently, and did a great job. Tim is a very nice guy. I will use Window Genie East again and will recommend them.
