I was not home when the job was done. Job seemed rushed and some windows were not cleaned at all.

However, our records indicate that the services rendered were performed on July 30, 2020 and we have no records of you calling or notifying us of your feedback until this review. As you know, the window clean service rendered, was an exterior clean only and after two (2) months, the possibilities are endless in that the windows have since experienced inclement weather or perhaps your concerns are on the inside of the glass? Please feel free to call our office at any time to discuss in detail; as we would love the opportunity to address your concerns and correct where necessary. In conclusion, we can also provide you with our before and after photos of which we catalog upon the completion of every account in order to maintain the integrity of the services provided.
