They never called me prior to coming to my house on the day of service

They were courteous, prompt and wfficient

Three things bother me a bit. 1) Only one person showed up for both inside and outside windows. Some spots still left on the window especially the areas that I cannot reach; 2) The service includes screens buy they are not washed by water only a bit dust off; 3) two side windows on the 3rd floor were not washed.

They used a hose which I have carefully placed as it is an irrigation system from my bathtub and left it in the lightwell which makes it difficult to retrieve and relocate in its special location. They were very vague when asked whether they had done anything at the two leaky locations and I would like to know if they had been able to clear the downspoots which go into the ground and are too high for me to check. They were pleasent to work with, could have been more informative.

Professionalism of the owner Courteousness of the two young man who power washed our atrium and front walk . I rated them 5, yet some debris could have been swept out. But on the other hand, I did not inspect thoroughly.

They were on time. They did not look professional, but did try their best. I asked them to clean the screens and also frames, as it was with the guys who cleaned my windows last year, but they replied that this will be extra. I told them how much extra as I really want to clean the whole window and not only glass and tell me how much extra would that be. They did not reply and finished only the glasses. Overall I am not satisfied with the way they handled our request.

This company was really easy to work with. They were here on time, did a great job and left my windows sparkling! I will definitely use them again.
