Wire to Wire is great! I've finally found an electrical contractor that is professional and detailed. Daniel is very personable, easy to talk to and does an outstanding job. I will use Wire to Wire for my electrical needs and I plan to pass their names on to all my friends. Working with Daniel was a great and enjoyable experience and their price is fair. If you need electrical work; you should call "Wire-to-Wire."

Daniel and Marvin did a good job installing two outside lamps by the side door of my Cape Code home. There were 5 holes in the plasterboard walls in my kitchen that I needed to patch myself. I understood that holes would be created prior to the work starting because Daniel offered me the alternative of running conduit on the outside wall to reduce the number of holes needed (I preferred a clean look on the outside and I have a lot of experience working with plaster, so making the holes was my choice). The job was done within the time estimated by Daniel and the price was as agreed. I asked Daniel to provide an estimate to do a similar lighting job for my front door and he should be taking care of this for me tomorrow. Assuming all goes well with job #2, I'll ask for another quote to install some outlets on the first floor. Daniel is a salesman... At the end of the job his Ring doorbell conveniently went off giving him the opportunity to give me a sales pitch about the Ring system and how he could sell me one and install it for me... I don't blame him for trying, but if I wanted a Ring I could easily install one on my own (it's particularly easy because it's wireless and I'm a technology professional) Of note, it seems that Wire to Wire is not a large company because Daniel and Marvin were working out of their personal vehicles (e.g. they arrived separately and were gathering tools from their own vehicles to do the work). Not that I consider this to be a problem, but I have very limited parking near my home, so their vehicles took up a little more space on my front lawn than I would have expected.
Response by Wire to Wire, LLC: Thank you (consumer name withheld per their request) for your Review and Feedback. To note, since it?s inception in 2010 and to date, Wire to Wire owns ands uses Full Sized Trucks and Vans for Work, and allows Wire to Wire staff to bring their personal vehicle to a work site for several reasons, including personal, and when it is best conducive for the employees schedule. Lastly, per Wire to Wire?s Terms & Policies, we never do any work without talking to the client first, ensuring everyone is well-informed, which includes following the Home Owners instructions for parking; this information is notated on the Work Order and given to every staff member prior to the job to ensure the Home Owners request for specific parking, such as this case, is followed by the Wire to Wire employee assigned to that particular Work Order.

Daniel is very personable and professional. The job took twice as long than estimated and cost an additional $200 more than estimated. Was not informed I'd be left with two large holes in my walls after job was completed.
Response by Wire to Wire, LLC: Thank you Robert for your review and feedback, it is greatly appreciated. Providing great customer service and high caliber of craftsmanship is always top priority for Wire to Wire, which is why Wire to Wire has a great referral source of specialized professionals. As such the case here, during the walk thru of the Estimate the Master Electrician met with Robert?s partner (Robert was not at Estimate), and explained about the Electrical processes involved to do the work, which included making holes in the wall as well as providing a referral to the appropriate professional for ?Patchwork & Painting?. As the Estimate came to an end Robert arrived, however the Master Electrician was able to briefly discuss the Estimate with Robert, which included informing both Robert and his partner they were receiving an ?Estimated amount? and if any issues come up during the work order causing changes in ?time? or ?materials? needed, as per Wire to Wire?s policy, the Master Electrician would not proceed further with any work until approved by Robert and/or his partner first. A list of Wire to Wire?s Terms & Policies are provided with every Estimate and Invoice.
