James & Cameron impressed me with their knowledge and professionalism. Good troubleshooting skills and quick resolution of the technical problem. Have signed up for their annual service agreement and look forward to working with this company in the years ahead.

Wood Heating & Air was amazing to work with to help repair our furnace, when it stopped working properly. We hired another company to fix the same issue 16 months ago, and wasn't fixed properly. The technician found the issue, that was unidentified previously, and got it up and running within 15 minutes. The total cost was much less to repair than other companies were charging just to come out, and diagnose the issue. Within a week, we began to have issues with our AC (completely unrelated to previous repair) and they sent the same tech to our house, to get it resolved just as quickly. I will absolutely be keeping them in mind when any additional repairs, or replacement of our system is needed. They were awesome to work with, sent someone out quickly, repairs were completed faster than expected, and was certainly better cost than most other places we looked into.

I contacted Wood through Home Advisor to have them look at my heat pumps. They called me and promptly dispatched a service tech the same morning. He verified my system was working well and Freon levels were in range. He explained why the system was running a lot, normal for the outdoor temperatures. $49 service call was all I paid. Well worth it. Tech was pleasant and knowledgeable.

This was a great experience! Our heat quit working and seeing as how it is November, that's a big deal. As it turns out, we will need a new unit. However, currently, that isn't in the budget and since this is a second home, waiting is an option. However, we needed to make sure our pipes won't freeze while we're saving up this winter. James was able to offer a solution to get us through the winter. While he did present us with all of our options, I appreciated that he also shared his opinion on those options (like not spending $2000 to bandaid a 20 year old unit). We'll have these folks back out when we're able to replace the unit.
