I hired Woodland Kings based on the reviews and the owners purported knowledge of flooring 1.Several of the boards not flush have spaces between the boards 2.Layout of the boards in the utility room, not well planned, seams are in the walking path. 3.Painting of the trim, initially flat paint was used. Trim is always painted with Semi-gloss. 4.Caulk that was used at the edge of all the ¼ round, not authorized and will need to be removed, another cost to me to correct. 5.There are still two areas in the pictures attached where there was a miss measurement when cutting the Vinyl and nothing was done to correct these mistakes. Email sent to you on 11/27/2020 2:32 pm items citing my dissatisfaction with the job and your response was that you and your son would be back to correct items 1 and 3. To date, they still remain unresolved and now there is this new item with the caulk which was spread at the base of all the ¼ round. This looks sloppy and was not authorized by me. I am extremely unhappy with the job and do not feel it is worth the amount initially quoted the day I came to see the process when your son raised his voice to me, the customer. I also have photos of the poor workmanship.

They significantly better than anyone I have ever used.

Between her and her son, they were constantly allowed me to have control and input on the project. It was a great experience.
