When he came, he showed me how to repair a small chip I had in my countertop along the sink edge. He explained why it would be better for me to just sand it out, rather than for him to repair it. He did not charge me for the service call and I would definitely hire him again if I need any work done to may Corian.

I needed a cutout enlarged in my Corian countertop for a larger stovetop. Since I'd already worked recently with 'Woody's Solid Surface Repair' to have Dan restore and repair my countertops recently, I didn't need to look any further. He's DuPont Corian certified, great at what he does, and very affordable. I highly recommend Woody's. The stovetop looks great and fits perfectly. Thanks, Dan!

Woody came less than 24 hrs after he contacted me. I asked him if he could repair two cracks in a Corion sink which a plumber told me was the source of a water leak. Woody proved that it was not the source and showed me where it was coming from. His charge for the visit?? ZERO.

Danny repaired a crack in my solid surface. He did a beautiful job and freshened up the counter top. He was extremely reasonable, prompt, neat and professional. Hoping for no more cracks, but if we get any we'll call Danny!

I had recently had some kitchen work done and some harsh, industry grade, stripping chemicals (methylene chloride) seeped through the masking materials onto my 15 year old, dark green, Corian countertops. I went to HomeAdvisor to find someone to repair them and several businesses came up. The top rated company said that they could not help me after I sent them pictures of the chemical damage and measurements of the countertops. They never sent anyone out to do a visual examination, though they were nearby Lake Zurich. The next two businesses that were in 2nd and 3rd position never picked up their phones all day and kept directing me to voicemail. They also never called back upon me leaving a detailed message. Then there was 'Woody's Solid Surface Repair.' I called Dan, the owner of Woody's, after I had all but given up hope of repairing my countertops, and he worked with me over the phone assuring me that there was no repair he couldn't do. He said that he'd get my countertops back to what they originally looked like. He said he needed no pictures and would come out the next day to assess the damage, even after I learned that he doesn't typically service Kildeer as it's far from his shop. He arrived promptly and asked if he could work on the countertops right then and there, and I was dumb founded but agreed (thought I'd have to wait weeks for his repairs). With that he got to work, explaining to me as he went every part of the process. Within 3 hours he was done, and I was a very satisfied customer. The cost of the entire project was $290, and I had a large kitchen with 60 square feet of Corian countertops. I am certain if I had found another business, they would have charged 3 times the amount. Dan of 'Woody's' is professional, punctual, confident, and a great worker/businessman. I highly recommend his business and will surely work with him again in the future!

Danny did a fantastic job. I had a few chips in my solid surface counter tops and you would never know it. He also sanded my counter tops and they look like new again. He was very professional and kept me informed of everything he was doing. I would definitely recommend Danny.
Response from Company:
I always make sure the customer knows they made a great choice. My reward is not so much the money, it is the look of the customer's face after the job that is rewarding. Enjoy your top :-)

Danny is detailed, professional and knows his business. His pricing is extremely reasonable and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a solid surface repair person. He gave me a courtesy call 45 minutes before he came so I knew he was on his way. The repair resulted in very little dust as he has a vacuum on his equipment that minimizes the dust particles.

Woody was very accommodating and eager to repair my top the same day he came to give me an estimate. He explained in detail how he would proceed to make the repair.

Danny was professional, perfectly on time, very courteous and kind. He talked me through some possibilities for repairing or replacing my bathroom countertop, keeping my budget and needs in mind. We decided to go ahead with the Corian repair and he did a great job. The countertop is now free of stains, scratches and buildup, saving me from having to spend money on a new one. It looks great! The price Danny charged for his time and work was very reasonable. I'm a very happy customer and I highly recommend Woody's Solid Surface Repair.
