Theresa and her assistant were efficient , pleasant and neat and explained fully what they were doing. Unfortunately they came out when it was already dark. They were unable to go on my roof where the vent pipe exited. They came back early on a Sunday morning. they discovered the cap to my vent pipe had been jammed too hard against the pipe. This prevented the vent flap from opening to release the hot air thus causing the dryer not to provide the heat needed to get the job done. The next time I get an appointment I will make it for daylight only so that the technician can check on the roof that the vent is functioning.

Theresa and her assistant were highly detailed in solving the dryer venting problem we ve had for several years. They went beyond the call of duty to make sure they pinpointed the issue. The problem existed in the duct that extended to the roof. Couldn t believe that they actually climbed the roof to locate and solve the unknown problem. Now the dryer works as it should!!

Fast response, technician came first to check heater/ air duct situation in the house, right on time. He explained everything, we agreed on the scope of job, the costs, they threw in a free dryer cleaning . We scheduled the actual air duct cleaning and furnace tune up with motor cleaning for the very next day. A professional job and they covered even all carpet and cleaned up nicely after themselves. They might be a bit on the pricy side but you pay for excellent service.
