    I am sad to say that only one problem was resolved. He was supposed to call back with answers and never did.

    I spent hours researching the windows and door that this customer has in her home. Unfortunately, I was unable to find any matching products. Work being what it is, I became busy with many other projects. I will contact this customer and see if there is anything to salvage. In the future, please contact me first with your concerns before thinking ill of me. I am here to solve problems, not create them. Thank you. Yankee Pride Handyman Services.
