Prompt and professional. They installed our floors in one day with two people (over 1,000 sq feet (including kitchen and 1/2 bathroom) and finished up on day two with the trim install. We will be using them again for future flooring projects.

Overall once said and done I was glad to get the job done there are things about them that I can remark for anyone else that works with them. From the get go I could not get him (Tim) to give me a contract, he was wishy-washy not giving me a firm price. The house is a little over 1500sq ft but measurements as everyone knows room to room is not the same. He wanted to wait and put that in writing until the morning that they were to arrive to do the job.. I was firm for him to give me a solid price and I deleted some rooms for them to do because he would constantly say " they do this too, all of it" but would not say how much. That went on the entire time of the planning .. He called the day before and wanted to cancel the job until week after and I said no this had been planned around a lot of other things. 5 of them showed up... not all were laying the floors. They got done fast but left big gaps around the edges which I had molding put down. They took off some of the trash but only a part of it. This was a concrete floor and he told me I needed to have a moisture barrier and that was the only way they warrant the work but would not give me a price on how much more so I told him I would do it myself which was about a $175 in product..when they arrived the guy to lay the floor said that the moisture barrier had to come up ..so I went through and I tore all of that out so they could go ahead and lay the floor ..all that hard work and cost was my loss. I would say to anyone that hires them make sure you get clear information from him and a contract. He is all over the place with the money part and constantly saying that his guy's charge $55 an hour and that would normally be his answer to me on top of what the final price was supposed to be. I don't know how he is with everyone else but I feel his honesty needs some work.

Efficient and professional

The work by the installers demonstrated an extremely high quality of workmanship in the installation. Flooring joints and connections are perfect, installers kept worksight extremely clean and worked very fast. Communication was another plus by keeping me informed. Great company to have work for you.

Great work. Super fast. Project became bigger due to unforeseen circumstances and entire first floor was STILL finished in 2 days.

YB Brothers arrived on time, were polite and friendly, worked diligently, and knew their craft. Our wood laminate floors are beautiful. My husband and I would definitely use them again and highly recommend you do, too!
