The work these guys do is solid. They are courteous, professional, and cleaned up everyday after themselves. We had them remove paint on a wood siding and add a sealant to the siding and the front door. They used high quality materials and the end result ended up looking good. Stuck to the quoted price, and it was competitive. We did run into a small hurdle I think they were short-staffed, and could not schedule us in for awhile, continuing to push back our start date. We also would have preferred to have more color options (we only got 2), but the sealant they went with was high quality and apparently only offered two colors. I love supporting businesses when I can, and overall, I am impressed by their work.

Such a great experience! We hired them to replace all the flooring in our house. This included leveling the first floor for composite flooring. Dan was wonderful to work with and kept us in the loop with the project. Avi and his partner showed up on time daily and worked hard. They were very respectful and treated our house like their own. I would 100% recommend using him for projects in the future. Thanks for such a great experience in our new home!

The painter came late and didn't speak english well, but worked hard. We explained to him using our hands what we needed mostly, the color is good. the job overall was small. happy with the painting was able to provide such a quick turnaround.

Agreed upon timing of our paint project was 5 days, project ended up taking 7 days. There were multiple times in the project where we had to point out areas that had not been completed. The workers on the first day were supposed to show up at 8am but didn?t arrive till 5pm. On the second day the workers left for lunch at 12 and didn?t return till 4pm. Timing and communication of the project was very unprofessional. We did not get trim done but there are multiple areas around the house where paint made it on the trim and it is not an eye sore. We would not recommend Ybarra

we were not on the same page, not even with the estimates.

Ybarra completely damaged our hardwood floors, used our Dyson vacuum to clean up THEIR mess, and left hardened polyurethane on our kitchen countertops and down the slate stairwell of the front door! They sent over a manager that was rude and completely inconsiderate. They screwed up 100% of the flooring and left grooves from the sander all over the floors. To top it off, they do NOT want to accept responsibility and want to try and fix it. I would never let them in our house again. I would recommend never letting them in your house.

The people were very professional, friendly and efficient. They answered all of our questions and performed all of the work to our complete satisfaction. We are so pleased with the results!

They subbed out 100% of work and only collect money. They hired contractors took 9 instead of the 4-5 weeks they stated. It was bad communication and they would only come by, take a look, and didn't do anything. The actual finished work was excellent due to the subcontractors they hired.

The person I had to deal with the most had a very strong accent which made communication difficult. One night at 9:45 P.M. I had to ask them to leave. The landing they replaced looks good. The stairs are a problem. I complained when I first saw them. They came out and replaced them but they still aren't right.
