I chose to work in this industry because I had over 20 years as a Journeyman Carpenter and 3 year as a Apprentice Electrician. Then a realtor friend of mine told me I should look into becoming a home inspector. That I would be a natural at home inspections. so I started looking into becoming Home Inspector in 2012. Then in 2014 I open my business YES Home Inspections LLC..

This is a great company. Customer service is also great. Al was very knowledgeable. I made an appointment and Al showed up on time. I have an old home and Al took the time to go through the work. Very easy to work with. Very respectful of my property while doing the work. I strongly recommend Al - True professional. Accommodating around my schedule.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
