Initially thy were very responsive during the quoting and installation phase. in less that 6 months in an area in the middle of the floor the coating deteriorated and peel. Also, discoloration from our car tires is prevalent. Since this company offered a lifetime warranty I phoned them and advised them of the problem. Their customer service person Lizzie who, is located in believe it or not, in Chile, set up an appointment for a visit and repair. I waited all day for them to come and they never came nor contacted me. I have been calling EVERY BUSINESS DAY and have been given 2 more appointments that were not honored. The owner or anyone else has responded except for Lizzie in Chile. We paid $2000.00 to have our garage floor coated in a professional manner and received a sub professional result. Every day I call and text it's the same answer "our team has been contacted and we are giving your concern our highest priority." Nothing happens. So beware of this company. The don't care.

They did a really good job and they were extremely fair pricing. They were just really helpful, I had a lot of questions and they answered them all for me very clearly. The customer service was really good.
