We recently downsized to a 95 year old bungalow needing a lot of updating. I asked Zeni to give a flooring estimate for two bedrooms. After I read his reviews and met him, I gave him a tour of the house and a long to-do list. I knew he was our guy! Zeni got back to us with an itemized invoice and we have kept him busy, project by project. He is meticulous, honest, respectful, and responsible. We gave him his own door code to come and go, as he was able to complete many projects before we even moved in. I canâ t say enough about Zeni! We keep adding to our list of projects because Zeni can do anything! Some of our projects include: flooring, stripping wallpaper/ painting, adding outlets, running a gas-line, installing a door, adding lighting, wall repair, plumbing repair and exterior painting. Zeni has worked nights and weekends, internally driven (not by us) to get things done. Heâ s been a great problem solver for some of our â old houseâ issues. He has helped make our house a home! Zeni is a wonderful handyman and a wonderful person! We highly recommend him.

BASEMENT DRYWALL and FLOORING SERVICES: Zeni was super professional, courteous, and a delight to work with. Positive experience all around from first meet/estimates to communication to finishing the project. We needed some very simple work done while transforming our modest basement from a disaster room to functional space. Zeni was very quick to install drywall, working around weirdly shaped spaces, do all the mudding and whatnot so we were good to paint; as well as smoothen out/patch the concrete floor before installing new vinyl flooring. Not to mention trimming the already present doors (which was an unforeseen issue on our part). When we needed a slight change to be made, Zeni got it done without question or hesitation. Final costs were in line with his initial estimates that were precisely in line with our allotted budget for the project. Cannot say enough good things about our experience and will be hiring again in the future!

Zeni was responsive and timely. When he came to give estimate he removed shoes before entering my home and fixed non working garage door in ten minutes. Never charged for it. Zeni removed old deck and repaired foundations with obvious skill. Did great job at fair price. . Very knowledgeable and honest guy.bhighly recommend!!

Zeni was terrific and I would recommend him unequivocally. He handled two additional chores in addition to the initially specified work, discovered custom parts required and installed everything inside the required tight timeframe. I am looking for additional projects to ask him to complete.

My kitchen sink had a leak. I did some research on Zline and received a quick response. He was concerned asked for pictures. My repair was completed the next day and the price was reasonable. I plan on using Zline for future plumbing and home projects. I would recommend to family and friends.
