Zak (as owner as well as the one executing the work) has very important qualities. 1) He is creative and has got excellent taste - gave us very good ideas. And when issues happen (as is with most home improvement projects, he knows how to improvise) 2) He fully immerses himself in the project. 3) Very efficient. Start to end a fireplace install project executed in less than 24 hours. 4) Consultative - Striking a balance between understanding your requirements and being opinionated (you want the experts to talk/prescribe). Final outcome was great!
