Leo is very personable and professional he was easy to talk to in describing the work I needed done. His workers were very pleasant and professional they started work each day at the same time and stopped at the same time they worked a full 8 hour days. His estimated start date and completion date were right on point, the cost to do the job did not change nor were there any haggling. I thank God for Leo Zambrano and his team of workers I was Blessed to do business with Leo and would HIGHLY recommend him to family and friends.

Leo and his crew spent over a week on my rental doing the following: Prepping the walls, in two bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, hallway, and kitchen. Painted all rooms except for the kitchen, replaced broken tiles in the bathroom, fixed cabinets so they closed easily instead of sticking or just not closing at all, installed two light fixtures, replaced fallen stucco on an exterior wall, and poured cement in a pathway to front door where it was cracked and dangerous. His crew worked non-top including on Saturday. Everything they worked on looks great and works perfectly. Very happy with Leo and his crew and would hire again.

They took needed initiative and communicated regularly (and sent photos) with this property manager who could not be on site. Job was well done

I had an exterior dog proofing project that had no simple solutions but required creative thinking and knowledge of many trades. Leo responded fast, came with 2 more guys, was very inventive in his approach and completed the job to my highest expectations. I was reluctant at first as he offered his services to be payed fee hour, which sometimes is a bottomless bottle. However, I was very impressed with how fast the guys were working and the price was very reasonable. I will surely hire Leo again.

My project is not finished but so far it's off to a good start! The workers are professional, on time, flexible, and what they've worked on so far is looking good!
