Zurisadai Rosales

This is my follow up to the terrible service I received. Late every day, cost overruns, and terrible customer service. My project was completed in January and now my system doesn't work properly (again). I called to see if they could come out and check my $1400 investment and they said they would try to call me next week. I won't hold my breath. After all of that time and money and they can't even respond promptly. I wouldn't hire them to cut my lawn. I'll probably have to fix it myself.

I asked for an estimate of what it would cost to get my sprinkler system operating. After walking around my property and looking at my pump, they told me $700. They said it might be more if the pump did not work but they would put in lines and check the pump before deciding to replace. To make a long story short, they replaced the pump and found other issues which have since jumped my cost from the original estimate of $700 to its' current cost of @ $1400 ! I wish they had tested the system more initially before slapping on these additional costs. An estimate can vayr, but by $800 ! I

These guys are the best. They came in promptly, did an outstanding clean up of our yard at our new home that had been overgrown and neglected for 10+ years. We've since hired them for other work; they do many other odd jobs and home repair tasks. Would highly recommend them!

A family business, father, son, and daughter, designed a vegetable garden area, relaxation area, and a large safe play are. Maple tree was removed and another tree more suitable to the area was replanted. All completed in one day and is just beautiful. My whole family is enjoying the new back yard. Rosales was a delight to work with and very sensitive to your needs. They left with the whole area clean and ready to use. I would highly recommend this family. I am certainly going to use them again in the future.

This company did the complete job that they were hired to do. They were on time, worked hard, completed the job to my satisfaction and cleaned up the area afterward. I would hire them again if needed.
