The process--from hiring to completion of move--was seamless and perfectly executed. Don and his team of two helpers arrived on time and worked quickly, efficiently and--most importantly--carefully to move an entire apartment's worth of furniture from a storage unit 25 miles away, then up two flights of stairs without any breakage. They even did it all in two hours! Super nice owner and honest company, highly recommend.

Don's sent out 4 guys. It went very well. I knew the treadmill and elliptical would be difficult. My machines had to be taken apart to fit through a doorway. It was difficult to even find a company that had guys that worked with exercise equipment. But, my equipment is in place and it all works- so I'm happy. Also, I didn't have to wait weeks for a move date. I moved a few days from my first call to Don's.

These men were amazingly wonderful! I would not use any other service. The team was careful with our things, they were extremely polite and courteous, the move was done efficiently and expertly and their help with things we hadn’t even thought of was most appreciated. Best of all we received great value for money spent. Truly, Don’s moving service is the best I’ve ever used! You’ll be happy to give them a good tip to thank them.

Charged $1300 to haul stuff away. Gave me an estimate of $7,500 to move from Cincinnati to Florida. Wanted half of it up front in cash and the rest in cash on arrival in Florida. I contacted a nationally-known movers to move the same amount of stuff which is mainly boxes and they were half price and would take a credit card. Also insured everything and he did not guarantee insurance. Not sure why he wanted everything in cash except maybe he just didn't want to pay taxes. I also had to pay him $1,000 in cash for the hauling services.

"We would like to say were sorry you feel this way .Not all companies have the same pricing we are glad you found someone cheaper that was able to take you . As far as insurance we do have insurance for our company .We do ask half the amount of the cost after the truck is loaded in state, and then the other half when unloaded at new location because if the customer doesnt have the full amount of the bill when job is completed we are not out the cost of fuel and compensation for employees that completed the service. Not because of taxes we pay taxes on every job we do.We hope you enjoy your new home and again we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused you."

They were recommended by a coworker. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. The crew was friendly and polite. The only minor issue that we had was that there was damage to the front of a couple dresser drawers that I missed when I looked it over. The dresser was from Ikea so I wasn't bent out of shape about it.

We had a new hot tub delivered curbside & needed to hire someone to move it to our backyard. I began calling around, and decided to go with this company. They got me scheduled right away & were flexible in pushing back a little bit when the hot tub delivery was later than expected. They showed up on time. There was some challenge when they first arrived, as I think there may have been some confusion over the size of the tub. They brought extra guys, and the quote ended up increasing a little bit - however, they got the job done, and without a scratch!

Although there were some logistical challenges with our move, Don's crew did a great job of working through the challenges. Very hard working crew that finished the move in a good time frame. Movers were courteous, friendly & professional.

<p>Can't say enough about this place. I called on Wednesday, they were here on Friday. They moved and Elliptical and a Treadmill from the second floor to the basement. </p> <p>They were less than half the cost of what the other people I contacted wanted. Showed up on time and did what we asked will use them anytime we need this service in the future. I would highly recommend them. </p> <br /> <br /> <br />

We are not actually moving. A Plus Don's Movers and Hauling will come back and move everything back once our floors are done. The service went wonderfully. They were amazing. They were on time, courteous, nice, and very quick. I can't say enough good things. We'll have them back in a few weeks once our floors are done, and we will definitely recommend them.
