My thermostat had been dead for 2 days . David contacted me on Friday and asked if I needed him to come on Friday night. I told him Saturday would be fine. He came at 8am fixed it, didn't high pressure me to sign up for a service contract. Knew what he was doing and was a pleasure to deal with. He had me fixed up in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend him. His pricing was also very fair. I gave him more than he asked for.

David was fantastic! He responded to my request for a quote with a phone call right away. He was able to arrive within a few hours (on a Saturday afternoon!) and was able to diagnose the issue in no time. He explained it with clarity, told me how it would need to be fixed, which included purchasing parts, so he'd need to come back on Monday. He arrived promptly this morning, fixed the issue in no time, and the house had heat again. What really makes David's work worth such a positive review is not just that he was fast, affordable, thorough, and super friendly. He also went above & beyond - once he was done with the heating system, he mentioned that he did plumbing as well. I told him my garbage disposal hadn't been working for about a week and he volunteered to take a look. He fixed it right away and refused to give me a bill for it! Also, when he noticed an issue with an outdoor outlet that needed attention, he alerted me to it so I could get that fixed later (wasn't a dangerous thing so no rush). As a single woman, I need to be able to trust professionals to assist with things like these. From the first phone call, I knew I would be able to trust David and he did not disappoint. I've already told my neighbors about him and I WILL call him again if I need HVAV, plumbing, or electrical work in the future!!

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
