The project was completed beautifully and in a timely manner. Ken Aniekwe gave us a fair quote and abided by it at the end of the job. He was very flexible and respectful of our schedule. He also had some great suggestions as the job progressed. His attention to detail and willingness to make things perfect were great assets to the project. We would use him again for future remodeling projects.

The drywall repair was not done properly. Water damage was apparent the very next day, and within a few days, there was bubbling and flaking of the drywall. When I contacted Ken Aniekwe to come repair the wall, he kept pushing it off until I gave up and had someone else do it right.

I'll never use him again.

We requested Authentics to remove an existing bathtub and install a new tub, bath surround, and fixtures. Unfortunately, our new tub is 5/8" out of level (over a mere 2'span), resulting in water pooling. Additionally, there is as much as a 3/4" gap between the tub and surround, requiring a large and unstable bead of caulking. The caulking is falling out after less than 2 months. I question the capability and qualifications of their sub-contractors installing the surround and tub. IT IS NOT ONE YEAR LATER, and Authentics poor workmanship has become even more apparent. I now have to hire a real professional to fix their mess.
