I woke up one morning to a broken garage door spring. As many people know, this is not a job for DIYers but instead it is a job for professionals. I had been referred to Bayou City Garage Doors and Openers by a friend who said they did a great job installing their garage doors. I called them right away to schedule an appointment as I needed to get the garage door fixed asap. Lo and behold, they had availability the very next day, which was a pleasant surprise as they seem to be very busy. One of their technicians (can’t remember his name, I think it was Osmin) arrived the next afternoon and was extremely professional. He explained what the issue was, offered me different solutions based on different price points, and explained how each solution works (very informative and educational) which I really appreciated as many other contractors usually try to upsell and don’t have the patience to educate. All said and done, the issue was fixed expeditiously and my garage door was up and running again. I would recommend Bayou City Garage Doors and Openers to anyone who is looking for professionalism at a fair price and a job well done. 5 out 5 stars.
