Everything went extremely well.  I would highlly recommend this company.

They were prompt. They were very professional. They were good. I thought they were a little pricey, but I have never called a plumber before.

Blue Ridge Plumbing was punctual,courteous and quick. The shower head was able to be fixed without making the hole bigger around the shower head pipe. He checked everything out and said the rest of the parts were OK. Good to know. I would definitely use them again and would not hestitate to recommend them.

<p>Very responsive, helpful, and honest, Blue Ridge Plumbing was a great find and a real asset.  The job had a number of complicators, including an older home with some outdated fixtures, distance (I am in northern Virginia and the job site is in southwest Virginia), and work was needed over the holidays.  Craig established trust very quickly with his approach, followed through perfectly with the day of service and also provide helpful and needed recommendations for additional work (electrical) that needed to be done.  I would recommend him highly and without reservation.</p> .

Craig showed up when promised and did an excellent job. He was courteous and professional, and quickly did the needed toilet installation. He examined our water hydrant and, due to its age, was unable to get repair parts. A replacement would be quite expensive ($700) so he appropriately advised us to live with the modest leakage rather than repairing it at this time. One note on the Angie's website that is not correct: he does not offer a 10% discount for mentioning Angies's list (in fact, he said he never did and didn't knoww where that info came from).

Craig showed up on time looked at the problem and proceeded to fix it. He was in and out in about an hour and informed us that the bathroom floor had been raised. several inches, something we did not know. We will call Craig in the future for all plumbing needs. The plumber we had used in the past 2 years (moved in in 2008) was slow to respond to calls and usually busy with commercial jobs.

Craig came over and did a free estimate for us - he was very laid back about it and even had some additional options for how we could do our project. After he gave us the estimate (which was half the price another company had given us), we set up an appointment for him to come and get the job done. He was able to get here within a week! I wasn't home when Craig came to move the sink line, but my husband was and said that Craig did an excellent job. I will call Craig again in the future for any further plumbing jobs that come up!

Craig was very friendly and knowledgeable. We have had several bad experiences with contractors in the past but our dealings with Blue Ridge Plumbing were a pleasant exception. Our home had come with drain and water pipes installed for an extra bathroom but we had never thought to use them. BRP completed installation of necessary fittings and valves and installed fixtures we had supplied. A professional job at a fair price, we don't know why we had not done this sooner.
