These other reviews are old so donâ t use them. They will promise you the moon. Donâ t believe them. Timelines arenâ t met. Granite arrived cracked. Installers arrived late, no phone calls to let us know, no phone call to let us no they were on their way,. Installers not English speaking. Measurements wrong, sink installed wrong, plumber had to come twice, granite cracked , missing pieces at corners, not aligned with walls, missing brackets previously ordered and paid for, fabricator and manager coming to home a no show. Upon repair no reseal- more cracks found. Repair work includes putting epoxy in holes and grinding doen cracks. Still waiting for wall from management . Has been a week and a half. Was hung up on by scheduler. Told by salesman he couldnâ t speak to me only my husband. They tried to say we refused a repair appointment which wasnâ t true. Cancelled my day to meet manager and fabricator to find them a no show- Do Not USE THESE PEoPLE we paid for 25 year sealing of granite countertop and they didnâ t reassess after repairs. And I can feel cracks still. Started project before thanksgiving and still isnâ t complete and prominent completion by Christmas. Still waiting. Disintegrated have sink for over a week.

They installed within the timeframe. They were great. Everybody in the install crew was nice and the people that took the measurements did a great job. They were knowledgeable about the design and they followed through. The best part is also that we did not have to go to a place to pick the countertop.

I had such an outstanding experience that I will give 5 stars across the board, they showed up to do the job on time, were courteous and polite, they arrived on time for the installation, and it was done beyond my expectations.
