    The technician was very professional and he took the time to explain how my central air unit worked and was very honest. The price was reasonable and I have to say that I was very satisfied. He was willing to answer all of my questions and was patient. He also let me see everything that was being done so that I was aware of what was being checked or repaired.

    We had been searching for a new oil burner (baseboard hot water heating) system service provider, and were referred to Dennis Cole by ServiceMagic.com. Dennis is obviously well-organized, and responded precisely within the time-frame he had given us. His work was equally quick, efficient, and successful! He diagnosed the problem, telling us what we needed and what we didn't need (i.e. partial cleaning and one part replacement). In addition to his quality work, most appreciated is his communication - he keeps you informed about what he's finding and what the solution is, and now we have hot water again! His fees seem to be very reasonable when compared to what we were paying for the poor service we were receiving previously. I would recommend him for your service needs. Thank you, Dennis.

    I had maintenance on two a/c units. The serviceman was professional and did an excellent job. In addition to the complete checkup, he took it upon himself to add some tubing that would make the system work better, checked on a recent pump (self) installation and explained what was good and bad about my present system. The pricing was very fair.

    Dennis ws very clean doing his work my red button on my furnace was sometimes tripping so I would have to push it every so often. The problem seem's to be over we'll see when it becomes winter again. He couldn't seem to get a according to him a clean burn at first he was, for a lack of a better word a little frustrated as to why but after changing this and putting a new that he said the button wasen't tripping while he was there but I really never knew if it was burning clean only because maybe he was having a tough day wase'nt very talkative never gave explanation. Some people just do there job and leave,some give thoughts why. Job welldone

    Linda called me minutes after I sent the email. Dennis kept in touch when he was on the way to my house. Dennis fixed the burner within a short while of his arrival. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be using them again!
