We had 4 estimators. Jeff was obviously the most knowledgeable. Some of the estimators couldn't seem to understand that we wanted a and quot;workingand quot; window changed to plain glass (for installation of stained glass later.) They seemed confused about how to do it. Jeff explained later that he had 25 year of experience, and knew how to do it efficiently and easily. <br /> He came within a day or two, and was available to install the glass within that week. <br /> Jeff was the installer. A really nice guy! He installed the glass within an hour or so, frequently explaining what he was doing to us curious customers. We are very pleased with the job he did, and with the pleasant experience. <br />

I got 6 price quotations and they were in the middle. The job was very well done, they were on time, the delivered replacement parts as agreed and the work was done very well. I would definitely use them for the balance of the project when I choose to do it and i would recommend them to others <br />

They were very good. They did a very good job for a reasonable price. It cost me $500 or $600 for the job. They were prompt and they did a very professional job. They would give you an accurate bid.

Sent an estimator out almost two months ago. I called back asking where the estimate was after couple of weeks passed. Was advised that the estimator lost his work sheet. After a day or so they finally found worksheet. Estimator had mis-measured items, forgot to add items, and added items not requested. I made a special trip and drove to their offices to review the estimate and put a deposit down. Almost choked on the Price.......seems they messed up the estimate and had to re-do it. After picking my and quot;frustratedand quot; self off the floor, I gave them an $1,800.00 down payment. Waited and waited. they finally called and informed me that they had ordered had just been placed (a month by now?). By the way, had to argue with them as they wanted me to pay for something they ordered, but I hadn't asked for. Oversight on my part since I didn't see the mistake (among the many) when I signed the contract. Now they show up last week, do most of the work (approx 7 weeks). The shower leaks so they will have to come back to re-caulk. Also couldn't complete the work because they were in a hurry leaving their shop and forgot a piece of glass. To top it all off, I as was looking at some of the glass shelving they brought that still needs to be installed, I noticed that they have the wrong measurements for three of the pieces, which means they will have to take the glass back and re-cut it........probably another 2 week delay. By the way, I asked them for some bevelled mirror strips to frame a couple of the mirrors in the bathroom. They had never heard of such a thing before.....and they're a glass and mirror company. Have had this done by other glass/mirror companies in the past, but this company had never heard of it. :-( <br /> <br /> I wouldn't use this company again on a bet. The other contractors working on my house have watched this circus and just shake their heads.
