Luke was very polite and professional. I had submitted a request for work in the morning and he had responded within about four hours. I described my issue and he was able to provide a rough estimate of what the work would entail. We scheduled an appointment that was within two business days. I received multiple automated updates on the appointment, and the day of, Luke called about 30 mins in advance. To my shame, I hadn’t had vent serviced in over 20 years of residence .
