D & M Construction was a surprising pleasure in the world of contractors. Mike provided us with quality no gimmick work. He was always upfront and honest in his costs and job proposals. This is a rare trait with this industry. Our home suffered substantial ice storm damage and we had to hire many different contractors for various damage repair. I can say that I was disappointed with all of them except for D & M Construction and would hire them again in a minute for any furture work.

We had a large tree limb puncture several holes in our roof. Mike was FANTASTIC!! He came out (in the middle of a driving rainstorm, no less) and repaired the roof and made it water-tight! I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for his expertise and his efforts...he went above and beyond!!

Mike and his people were great to work with. All were very professional..project was priced right and done beautifully. Mike even worked on thanksgiving day to ensure bathroom to be done on time. (we weren't home that day). We would recommend him and we would definitely use him again. Thanks again for a beautiful new bathroom.

Mike was professional in his communication with me and with his work. I had a bathroom project that I could not finish myself and he was willing to take on the difficult tasks of tiling in a newly placed whirlpool tub and did a great job of blending the uneven walls and shower ceiling with new trim and crown moldings. All work was done in a timely manor and with a reasonable price. I will ask for his services again in the near future.

I am very pleased with the outcome of my vinyl siding. I thought Mike Welch was very helpful and honest in explaining the nuances of vinyl siding, which I had no experience in. The only criticism I had was the length of time it took to complete the project. I realize there were weather problems and problems with getting the proper help. But if that's the trade off for a less expensive final price, then I have no issues. I would highly recommend D & M Construction to my friends and I would not hesitate calling back for future projects.
