10/10 would recommend! I had Brett out to do a general inspection on a home that we are purchasing. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. He walked us and our realtor through all of his findings, and even had a comprehensive report that he sent to us after. The report was complete with pictures and a rating system of most severe to least. PS: We did not have him do the radon gas testing but that was the only option for this review form.

Brett was prompt in showing up, did a very good job finding a place to install the abatement system in my small home, and the post abatement tests came back even better than expected. Thank you Brett!

Brett is very professional, answered all of our questions and treats your home like his own. I am a very picky guy when it comes to how things are done. So is Brett. He made sure little things such as the writing on the piping was not visible but put against the wall. Having my sump pump on one side of the house and a family room with a crawl space on the other side, he had to come up with a different game plan. He did and it is hidden very well. I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

From Start to finish Brett is a true professional. The communication with the client was excellent and made them feel comfortable and confident that Brett was the right contractor for the job. The installation process was exactly as described and scheduled. The work was completed on time even in the toughest of weather conditions. When finished, the home was clean and returned to it's original condition. The test results showed a level equivalent to outdoor air quality. In my opinion, I cannot recommend Brett strongly enough.

We had a complex basement that needed three areas treated but EEHI was able to consolidate it into one pipe and route the pipe through our garage and out on the side of the house that was most hidden from view. We Rich couldn’t be happier.

Brett was really incredible when it came to the radon mitigation. He came back multiple times and took the time to make sure that the system was 100% perfect. He even upgraded my fan twice in order to make sure that the system was working correctly. He takes pride in his work and he make sure that itâ s done correctly. Iâ m extremely happy and would recommend him to anyone
