We received several quotes for the purchase and installation of a home generator and The Generator Guys had the best bid, the best options, the least lead time for equipment and unlike the other companies, they are a small business and local. Chris and Jacob arrived came out and installed our generator, transfer switch and load sheds in just a few hours and our downtime without power was very minimal - less than an hour. They checked everything over, made sure everything was working as it should, answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we had. They definitely made it a painless process and we've already recommended them to several of our neighbors as power outages in our neighborhood happen more frequently than they should. Thanks to The Generator Guys LLC we have peace of mind and no longer have to worry about being without power.

Product - excellent Appearance-great workmanship of installers- good job cleaned up after themselves, left property better than they found it. They did explain that plants should not block airflow. Sales did not pressure.

I had my generator installed in March and frome start to finish these guys did everything they said they would. It is so nice to not have to worry about a flooded basement or frozen pipes. They also worked with the LP company since I didn't have LP. The LP company was even impressed with service they gave. Thank you for making the purchase of my Generac an enjoyable experience 😊
