I hired Fixt to provide bi-weekly lawn care on a home I wasn't occupying. I paid a visit to the home only to find they were only maintaining the front yard. The back was over a foot high and wasn't touched, despite emails from fixt saying service had been completed. When contacted, they reached out to the subcontractor, who stated they were unable to access the back yard due to a locked gate. My issue with fixt is: a) despite my requests, they didn't send over someone to correct the issue b) They charged me for services they didn't provide c) they lack communication with the subcontractors actually performing the work. To date, they have refused to refund.

I hired this company to do yard work twice a month on my property. The person that finally did the work was supposed to send before and after pics. and an itemization of what needed to be done, I live out of state. After 3 phone calls to get a bill and the pics etc. one person telling me I had cancelled the service. Not had the service done in another phone call. I get a call charging me $138.00 when the agreed first cost was 112.00. I received pics so blurry you could not even tell if there was a yard there. The mail box did not even show a number on it. Did they actually do any yard work? Your guess is as good as mine!!. BUT I did finally get an invoice for $$138.00. I guess Jill forgot she said I owed $112.00 in the phone call. That was not blurry! This service is not local. They hire and send people to your property. WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!

The technician was very professional and diagnosed the problem with the sprinkler system quickly and efficiently. The problem was fixed and the system is running great.
